Brenda Anthony
Brenda Anthony's unique style of painting, often described as mesmerizing, reflects her view of art as a deeply spiritual journey, inspired by scripture, nature, and the people who shape her life. Once discouraged as a young art student, she later found her voice under the guidance of BYU professor Floyd Breinhot. Today, more than 200 of her paintings can be found in private collections across the nation. She loves to creat both traditional landscapes and portraits, along with scripture-based abstracts. She is a member of the IAA (Inspirational Art Association).
Michelangelo once said, "Only God creates: the rest of us just copy."
Rembrandt observed, "Painting is the grandchild of nature. It is related to God."
Brenda adds: "These words express exactly how I feel. I paint with the hope that my work will reflect my faith and bless the lives of others."
