Born and raised in Houston, TX, self-taught painter Jonny Hatch creates surreal and dreamy images (usually landscapes) inspired by the texture of paint, nature, landmarks, and space. Since moving to Cache Valley 4 years ago, he saw a need to fill the blank spaces on his wall and began a series of artworks that now spans over 100 images, including acrylic and oil paintings, black light fluorescent paintings, as well as crystal mosaics. Most of the artworks are not initialed on the front so as not to distract from the image.
